Stat. tit. 2, § 2-3-121","heading":"Violations","body":"It shall be unlawful and a violation of the Oklahoma Apiary Act\n\nfor any person:\n\n1. To refuse to permit an inspection provided for by the\n\nOklahoma Apiary Act, or to hinder or interfere with, in any way, the\n\ninspection or the person authorized to make the inspection;\n\n2. To rent a colony of bees to another and misrepresent the\n\nstrength of a colony;\n\n3. To fail to pay any fee, fine, or penalty as required and\n\nestablished by the Oklahoma Apiary Act or promulgated rules;\n\n4. To retain Africanized honeybees except for approved research\n\npurposes pursuant to this act;\n\n5. To knowingly expose comb, honey, frames, empty hives, cover,\n\nbottom boards or tools, or other appliances to any material from a\n\ndiseased colony or apiary or infested with a bee pest;\n\n6. To fail to comply with any State Board of Agriculture order;\n\nor\n\n7.
