It shall be illegal to retain Africanized honeybees except\n\nfor specifically approved research purposes as determined by rules\n\npromulgated by the State Board of Agriculture.\n\nB. All abandoned apiaries observed or captured in counties\n\nwhere Africanized honeybees have been detected shall be destroyed.\n\nC. If a feral colony of Africanized honeybees is found in the\n\nstate, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry\n\nshall take immediate actions to protect the public safety and\n\nwelfare.
