Stat. tit. 2, § 2-3-212","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Weed Free Hay Certification Act, unless otherwise\n\nstated:\n\n1. “Hay” means any agricultural forage crop product whether\n\ncultivated or not cultivated, irrigated or nonirrigated, planted or\n\nnaturally occurring;\n\n2. “Noxious weeds” means those weeds, including any weed seed\n\nor propagative plant parts, designated by the State Board of\n\nAgriculture as noxious and are prohibited, and shall include those\n\nnoxious weeds identified in Section 3-220 of Title 2 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n3. “Qualified inspector” means a person qualified to identify\n\nnoxious weeds pursuant to standards promulgated by the Board;\n\n4. “Weed free” means any hay certified as free of noxious\n\nweeds; and\n\n5. “Weed-free certification” means hay inspected and certified\n\nas free of noxious weeds pursuant to standards adopted by the Board.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"77251d2e41ec75c5358f4075a06cba1f3690101174321c4cc996e02a4d9ed6a4","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-3-211","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-3-213"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
