Any crop for which weed-free certification is sought shall\n\nbe inspected in the field of origin and the inspection shall include\n\nan inspection of any ditches, fence rows, roads, easements, rights-\n\nof-way, and buffer zones, as applicable, surrounding the field of\n\norigin.\n\nB.
