It shall be unlawful for any person to plant, nurture or\n\notherwise commercially produce castor beans containing the toxin\n\nricin in this state.\n\nB. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall,\n\nupon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and may be\n\npunished by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).\n\nC.
