It shall be unlawful to transport castor beans in quantities\n\nof more than fifty (50) pounds containing the toxin ricin within\n\nthis state.\n\nB. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall,\n\nupon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and may be\n\npunished by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).\n\nC.
