A seller of turfgrass sod shall be required to state on the\n\nsales contract, invoice, or bill of lading the following\n\ninformation:\n\n1. The variety and the named blend or mixture of turfgrass; and\n\n2. Each different lot of harvested turfgrass sod shall be\n\nidentified by a sign stating the variety, kinds, or name blend or\n\nmixture as stated on the invoice or bill of lading from the shipper\n\nwhen offered or exposed for sale.\n\nB.
