The fee for each grower or dealer, license issued or renewed\n\nand inspection conducted shall be as follows:\n\n1. Grower’s license fee - Twenty five Dollars ($25.00) for each\n\nbusiness location;\n\n2. Grower’s inspection fee - One Dollar ($1.00) per acre or\n\n1000 square feet of greenhouse area inspected; and\n\n3. Dealer’s license fee - Thirty eight Dollars ($38.00) for\n\neach business location.\n\nB. No fee shall be charged for a grower's license issued to any\n\nscientific, agricultural, or horticultural club, educational or\n\neleemosynary institution, or any department or branch of the state\n\nor federal government.\n\nC. All licenses shall expire at a date to be determined by the\n\nState Board of Agriculture. Failure to remit the license fee by the\n\n15th of the month following the expiration month shall result in a\n\npenalty fee equal to the cost of the license.\n\nD. A person shall obtain a license prior to selling or dealing\n\nin nursery stock.\n\nE. All licenses are nontransferable upon any change of\n\nownership.\n\nF.
