At least thirty (30) days prior to harvest, each licensee\n\nshall file a harvest report on a form approved by the Department\n\nthat includes:\n\n1. A statement of intended disposition of its industrial hemp\n\ncrop; and\n\n2. The harvest date or dates, location and yield of each\n\nvariety cultivated within a registered land area.\n\nB.
