Stat. tit. 2, § 2-3-410","heading":"Oklahoma Industrial Hemp Program Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Agriculture to be designated the \"Oklahoma\n\nIndustrial Hemp Program Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund,\n\nnot subject to fiscal year limitations and shall consist of all\n\nmonies received by the State Board of Agriculture from fees received\n\nand collected pursuant to the Oklahoma Industrial Hemp Program,\n\ndonations, grants, contributions and gifts from any public or\n\nprivate source. The Board may expend funds for the purposes set\n\nforth in the Oklahoma Industrial Hemp Program.
