The board of directors may request the Oklahoma Department\n\nof Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to provide for the collection of\n\nthe assessment or for other enforcement action necessary as\n\ndetermined by the board of directors for violations of the Boll\n\nWeevil Eradication Act and for collection of any administrative\n\npenalty or fine from any person who is determined to have violated\n\nany provision of the Boll Weevil Eradication Act.\n\nB. Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, in an\n\nenforcement action brought by the board of directors, the board of\n\ndirectors may collect, in addition to the assessment, a fine from\n\nany person or cotton gin that is determined to have violated any\n\nprovision of the Boll Weevil Eradication Act.\n\nC. Failure by any person to comply with any provisions of the\n\nBoll Weevil Eradication Act may result in assessment of an\n\nadministrative penalty or fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars\n\n($100.00) and not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for\n\neach violation.\n\nD.
