Stat. tit. 2, § 2-3-50.15","heading":"Cooperation with other entities - Written agreements","body":"The Commissioner is authorized to cooperate with any agency of\n\nthe federal government, any state contiguous to this state, any\n\nother agency in this state, or any person engaged in growing,\n\nprocessing, marketing, or handling cotton in this state, or any\n\ngroup of persons, in programs to effectuate the purposes of the Boll\n\nWeevil Eradication Act, and may enter into written agreements to\n\neffectuate these purposes.
