Stat. tit. 2, § 2-3-50.16","heading":"Right of entry - Inspections and other activities -","body":"Warrants.\n\nA. 1. The board of directors and the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry, or their authorized agents shall\n\nhave authority, to:\n\na. enter cotton fields and other premises in order to\n\ncarry out activities, including but not limited to\n\ntreatment with pesticides, monitoring, and destruction\n\nof growing cotton and other host plants, as necessary\n\nto carry out the provisions of the Boll Weevil\n\nEradication Act,\n\nb. make inspection of any fields or premises in this\n\nstate and any property for the purpose of determining\n\nif the property is infested with boll weevils, and\n\nc. examine and make photocopies of any records and\n\ndocuments relating to the Boll Weevil Eradication Act.\n\n2. The inspection and other activities may be conducted at any\n\nhour with the notification of the owner or person in charge of the\n\npremises or property. If access is denied, the board of directors,\n\nthe Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, or the\n\nauthorized agent of either shall have the right to apply to and\n\nobtain from a district court an administrative warrant as necessary\n\nto enforce the right of access and inspection as authorized pursuant\n\nto 2-14 of the Oklahoma Code.\n\nB.
