Due to the interstate nature of boll weevil\n\ninfestation, it is necessary to secure the cooperation of cotton\n\ngrowers, other state governments, and agencies of the federal\n\ngovernment in order to carry out a program of boll weevil\n\neradication and posteradication maintenance and control.\n\nB.
