Stat. tit. 2, § 2-3-50.5","heading":"Oklahoma Boll Weevil Eradication Organization -","body":"Formation - Status - Membership.\n\nA. 1. The State of Oklahoma shall contain a boll weevil\n\neradication district to be known as the Oklahoma Boll Weevil\n\nEradication Organization for the purposes of eradicating boll\n\nweevils and performing posteradication maintenance and control\n\nfunctions as an agency of the State of Oklahoma. The Organization\n\nand the board of directors may enter into agreements with other\n\nstate agencies, other states, the United States of America and any\n\nother entity or party as necessary to carry out the purposes of the\n\nBoll Weevil Eradication Act.\n\n2. The Organization shall be, and is hereby declared to be, a\n\ngovernmental agency of the State of Oklahoma, body politic and\n\ncorporate, with powers of government and with the authority to\n\nexercise the rights, privileges, and functions specified by the Boll\n\nWeevil Eradication Act.\n\nB.
