Stat. tit. 2, § 2-3-82.1","heading":"Unwanted Pesticide Disposal Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the\n\nState Board of Agriculture to be designated the State Department of\n\nAgriculture “ Unwanted Pesticide Disposal Fund”. The fund shall be\n\na continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the State Board of Agriculture to\n\nimplement and maintain the Unwanted Pesticide Disposal Program.
