The following fees shall be paid to the State Board of\n\nAgriculture:\n\n1. A fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each category of\n\npesticide application shall be paid to the Board for the issuance or\n\nrenewal of a commercial applicator business license. Not more than\n\nFive Hundred Dollars ($500.00) total category fees shall be charged\n\nannually to any business location of an applicator;\n\n2. A fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) shall be paid to the Board\n\nfor each written examination conducted by the Board;\n\n3. A fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) shall be paid to the Board\n\nfor each practical examination conducted by the Board;\n\n4. A fee of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) shall be paid to the Board\n\nfor the issuance or renewal of a private applicator's license;\n\n5. A fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) shall be paid to the Board\n\nfor the issuance or renewal of a noncommercial business license.\n\nNot more than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) total category\n\nfees shall be charged annually to any noncommercial business\n\nlocation of an applicator;\n\n6. A fee of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) shall be paid to the Board\n\nfor the issuance or renewal of service technician identification;\n\n7. A fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) shall be paid to the Board for\n\nthe issuance of duplicate licenses or certificates or transfer of\n\nservice technician identification;\n\n8. A fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) shall be paid to the Board\n\nfor each recertification procedure; and\n\n9. A fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) shall be paid to the\n\nBoard for each reciprocal certification procedure for applicator\n\ncertifications.\n\nB. All fees shall be deposited in the State Department of\n\nAgriculture Revolving Fund.\n\nC. Fees shall be paid to the Board prior to the processing of\n\nany application.\n\nD.
