The Board shall not issue a commercial applicator's license\n\nuntil the applicant has furnished evidence of an insurance policy or\n\ncertificate by an insurer or broker authorized to do business in\n\nthis state insuring the commercial applicator and any agents against\n\nliability resulting from the operations of the commercial\n\napplicator. The insurance shall not be applied to damage or injury\n\nto agricultural crops, plants, or land being worked upon by the\n\ncommercial applicator.\n\nB. The amount of liability shall not be less than that set by\n\nthe Board for each property damage arising out of actual use of any\n\npesticide. The liability shall be maintained at not less than that\n\nsum at all times during the licensing period. The Board shall be\n\nnotified fifteen (15) days prior to any reduction in liability.\n\nC. If the furnished liability becomes unsatisfactory, the\n\napplicant shall immediately execute new liability upon notice from\n\nthe Board. If new liability is not immediately obtained, the Board\n\nshall, upon notice, cancel the license.
