Every commercial and noncommercial applicator shall keep\n\naccurate records pertaining to pesticide activities, applications,\n\nand wood infestation reports, as required by the State Board of\n\nAgriculture. The records of the applicator shall be kept intact at\n\nthe principal business location in this state for at least two (2)\n\nyears after their date of expiration and copies shall be furnished\n\nto any authorized agent of the Board, immediately upon request in\n\nperson, at any time during the regular business hours of the\n\napplicator. Copies of records shall be furnished to any authorized\n\nagent of the Board within seven (7) working days of a written\n\nrequest, in summary form, by mail, fax, e-mail, web site, or any\n\nother electronic media customarily used.\n\nB. Every restricted use pesticide dealer shall keep accurate\n\nrecords pertaining to restricted use pesticide purchases and sales,\n\nas required by the Board. The records shall be kept intact at the\n\nprincipal business location in this state for at least two (2) years\n\nafter their date of expiration. Copies shall be furnished to any\n\nauthorized agent of the Board at any time during the regular\n\nbusiness hours of the dealer, immediately upon request in person, or\n\nwithin seven (7) working days of a written request, in summary form,\n\nby mail, fax, e-mail, web site, or any other electronic media\n\ncustomarily used.\n\nC.
