The Board shall have the authority to declare any form of\n\nplant or animal life or virus which is injurious to plants, humans,\n\ndomestic animals, articles, or substances as a pest. The Board\n\nshall have the authority to classify pesticide uses as being\n\ngeneral, restricted, or both, to determine standards of coloring or\n\ndiscoloring for pesticides, and to subject pesticides to the\n\nrequirements of this section.\n\nB. The Board shall promulgate appropriate rules for carrying\n\nout the provisions of this section.\n\nC.
