Stat. tit. 2, § 2-4-3","heading":"Approval of brands - Certificates - Conflicts - Brand book","body":"The State Board of Agriculture may designate a statewide\n\nlivestock organization to approve brands for registration, issue\n\ncertificates, and serve as an adjudicating committee in resolving\n\nconflicts. The organization shall publish a State Brand Book which\n\nshall contain a facsimile of each registered brand with the owner's\n\nname and address.
