Any application for the registration of a brand shall be:\n\n1. On a form prepared by the statewide livestock organization;\n\nand\n\n2. Accompanied by a reasonable fee set by the organization for\n\neach brand.\n\nB. The application for the registration of a brand shall show\n\nthe brand location to the following body regions of animals: right\n\nor left shoulder, neck, rib, or hind quarter. Previously registered\n\nbrands are not affected.\n\nC.
