The statewide livestock organization shall publish a revised\n\nState Brand Book at least every five (5) years. Supplements may be\n\npublished as necessary.\n\nB. Prior to publication of a revised State Brand Book all\n\nregistered brand owners and assignees shall be notified in writing\n\nthat the brand registrations are being terminated.\n\nC. The organization shall set a reasonable renewal fee for the\n\nregistration of each brand for the ensuing five-year period or\n\nfraction thereof.\n\nD. The State Brand Book and supplements shall be available to\n\nthe public at a price commensurate with the cost of preparation,\n\nprinting, and delivery thereof.
