Any hospital or clinic purchased, leased or constructed by\n\nthe Oklahoma State University Veterinary Medicine Authority shall be\n\noperated as an animal hospital or clinic and shall be licensed or\n\naccredited by the appropriate entities. Provided, the Secretary of\n\nAgriculture may waive any such standards, requirements, and\n\nessentials as the Secretary deems necessary.\n\nB. Any such animal hospital or clinic may provide services and\n\nreceive payments from animal health care insurance companies and any\n\nstate or federal reimbursement programs.\n\nC.
