Stat. tit. 2, § 2-4010","heading":"Certified copy of bond issuance proceedings to be provided","body":"to Attorney General.\n\nBefore any bond shall be issued and delivered by the Oklahoma\n\nState University Veterinary Medicine Authority, a certified copy of\n\nthe proceedings for the issuance thereof, together with any other\n\ninformation which the Attorney General of the State of Oklahoma may\n\nrequire as the Bond Commissioner of the State of Oklahoma, shall be\n\nsubmitted to the Attorney General. If the Attorney General shall\n\nfind that such bonds have been issued in accordance with law, the\n\nAttorney General shall approve such bonds and execute a certificate\n\nto that effect. The Attorney General shall file such certificates\n\nin the Office of the State Auditor and Inspector, and the\n\ncertificates shall be recorded in a record kept for that purpose.\n\nAll bonds approved by the Attorney General, and issued in accordance\n\nwith the approved proceedings, shall be valid and binding\n\nobligations of the Authority and shall be incontestable for any\n\ncourse from and after the date of such approval.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7c4006775add4b583c66de2d0512a3cb5d2aeb818f2b72fa6dbefaf26c8d9b13","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-4009","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-4011"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
