Stat. tit. 2, § 2-4013","heading":"Bonds as securities — Investment — Collateral security","body":"Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of the Oklahoma State\n\nUniversity Veterinary Medicine Authority Act are hereby made\n\nsecurities in which all public officers and public boards, agencies\n\nand instrumentalities of the state and its political subdivisions,\n\nall banks, trust companies, trust and loan associations, investment\n\ncompanies, and others carrying on a banking business, and all\n\ninsurance companies and insurance associations, and others carrying\n\non an insurance business, may legally and properly invest.
