Stat. tit. 2, § 2-4015","heading":"Oklahoma State University Veterinary Medicine Authority","body":"Disbursing Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma State University Veterinary Medicine\n\nAuthority, to be designated the \"Oklahoma State University\n\nVeterinary Medicine Authority Disbursing Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of appropriated revenues and federal entitlements. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma State University\n\nVeterinary Medicine Authority as provided in subsection B of this\n\nsection.\n\nB. Following the execution of a lease of real properties under\n\nthe jurisdiction of the Oklahoma State University Veterinary\n\nMedicine Authority to the Oklahoma State University Veterinary\n\nMedical Trust pursuant to Section 22 of this act, monies from the\n\nfund may be expended by the Authority for the fiscal year ending in\n\nthe year the lease is executed, for the operations of the Authority\n\nafter the execution of the lease to the Oklahoma State University\n\nVeterinary Medical Trust for payment of any costs to the Authority\n\nassociated with the transfer of operations of facilities under the\n\njurisdiction of the Authority, and legal obligations of the\n\nAuthority.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8f2a014ef4534ff421f2c1349de52ec6d51bd15ef9ad3622e6ab0c3098c0d75e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-4014","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-4016"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
