Stat. tit. 2, § 2-4016","heading":"Oklahoma State University Veterinary Medicine Authority","body":"Marketing Revolving Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma State University Veterinary Medicine\n\nAuthority, to be designated the \"Oklahoma State University\n\nVeterinary Medicine Authority Marketing Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma State\n\nUniversity Veterinary Medicine Authority pursuant to the provisions\n\nof this section. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nState University Veterinary Medicine Authority for the purpose of\n\nmarketing research and planning, public education, special events\n\ncustomary to the veterinary care industry, advertising and promotion\n\nof special and general services provided or sponsored by the\n\nOklahoma State University Veterinary Medicine Authority and such\n\nother purposes specifically authorized by the Legislature.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.\n\nB. An amount equal to one-tenth of one percent (1/10 of 1%) of\n\nthe total annual operating budget of the Oklahoma State University\n\nVeterinary Medicine Authority and such other funds as may be\n\nspecifically designated for deposit to the fund shall be deposited\n\nin the Oklahoma State University Veterinary Medicine Authority\n\nMarketing Revolving Fund.\n\nC. The Oklahoma State University Veterinary Medicine Authority\n\nMarketing Revolving Fund shall be audited annually by the State\n\nAuditor and Inspector.
