Stat. tit. 2, § 2-4022","heading":"Oklahoma State University Veterinary Medical Trust","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State University Veterinary Medical Trust to be\n\ndesignated the \"Oklahoma State University Veterinary Medical Trust\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies directed\n\nfor deposit to the fund by law. All monies accruing to the credit\n\nof the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended\n\nby the Oklahoma State University Veterinary Medical Trust in\n\naccordance with the provisions of this act.
