Stat. tit. 2, § 2-5-10","heading":"\"Made in Oklahoma\" and \"Grown in Oklahoma\" program -","body":"Powers and duties of State Department of Agriculture.\n\nA. To implement the Made in Oklahoma Program and the Grown in\n\nOklahoma Program, the State Department of Agriculture shall:\n\n1. Design a “Made in Oklahoma” logo and a “Grown in Oklahoma”\n\nlogo for use by Oklahoma processors, providers, or growers;\n\n2. Establish standards and requirements for logos;\n\n3. Establish fees for logos; provided any Oklahoma processor,\n\nprovider, or grower may acquire use of the logos on their foods,\n\nproducts, or services free of charge for the first year after\n\nauthorization for use;\n\n4. Establish a task force to assist in ascertaining strengths\n\nand weaknesses of the program;\n\n5. Cooperate with other state agencies and other organizations\n\nas needed in development of the program;\n\n6. Foster conferences, institutes, and exhibits on Oklahoma-\n\nmade products and services or Oklahoma-grown foods;\n\n7. Publish reports, surveys, news bulletins, or other materials\n\npertaining to its findings, recommendations, and work; and\n\n8. Report to the Governor, the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate areas\n\nneeding legislative or procedural changes to help promote the\n\npurchase and use of Oklahoma-made products and services and\n\nOklahoma-grown foods or to attract manufacturers to supply\n\nprocessors with needed materials.\n\nB.
