Any producer of perishable agricultural food products who\n\nsuffers damages as a result of another person's disparagement of any\n\nsuch perishable agricultural food product, when the disparagement is\n\nbased on false information which is not based on reliable scientific\n\nfacts and scientific data and which the disseminator knows or should\n\nhave known to be false, may bring an action for damages and for any\n\nother appropriate relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.\n\nB.
