A person convicted of any of the offenses defined in\n\nsubsections A and B of Section 3 of this act shall be guilty of a\n\nClass D3 felony offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a\n\nfine not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or by\n\nimprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section\n\n20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both.\n\nB.
