As part of the \"Made in Oklahoma\" and \"Grown in Oklahoma\"\n\nprograms established within the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture,\n\nFood, and Forestry, the Department, in cooperation with the Office\n\nof Management and Enterprise Services and the State Purchasing\n\nDirector, shall develop and expand new markets and identify the\n\nneeds of state agencies, institutions, universities, and other\n\nentities of state, municipalities, counties, and other political\n\nsubdivisions of this state and federal agencies and institutions for\n\nOklahoma-made and Oklahoma-grown agricultural products.\n\nB. The Department shall serve as a communication link between\n\nthe producers of Oklahoma agricultural products and the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services and the State Purchasing Director\n\nor directly between the producers and the state, local, and federal\n\nentities for determining and satisfying the needs of the state,\n\nlocal, and federal entities for agricultural products. Special\n\nemphasis shall be given by the program for the development of\n\nopportunities for distribution and sale of surplus and oversupply of\n\nperishable products.\n\nC. The Department, the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices, and the State Purchasing Director shall provide an\n\nexpeditious process for the sale to and purchase of Oklahoma grown\n\nand produced agricultural products by state, local, and federal\n\nentities.\n\nD.
