The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry\n\nshall operate an “Oklahoma Agritourism Program” for the purpose of\n\nstimulating economic growth and viability in rural communities by\n\npromoting and fostering agritourism ventures within Oklahoma.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Agritourism Program of the Oklahoma Department\n\nof Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall:\n\n1. Foster conferences, institutes, and exhibits on agritourism\n\nopportunities;\n\n2. Publish reports, surveys, news bulletins, or other materials\n\npertaining to its findings, recommendations, and work;\n\n3. Utilize existing Department resources and related programs;\n\n4. Cooperate with the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation\n\nDepartment, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and the Oklahoma\n\nState University Cooperative Extension Service as needed in\n\ndevelopment and operation of the Program; and\n\n5. Facilitate an independent agritourism organization.\n\nC.
