Stat. tit. 2, § 2-5-122","heading":"Urban Gardens Grant Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to be\n\ndesignated the \"Urban Gardens Grant Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies received by the State Board of\n\nAgriculture from state-appropriated funds, federal funds, donations,\n\ngrants and contributions from any public or private source and\n\ndesignated for the purpose set forth in this section. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture,\n\nFood, and Forestry for the purpose of administering the Urban\n\nGardens Grant Act.
