Any participant assumes the inherent risk of attending,\n\nbuying or selling goods at a farmers market registered with the\n\nOklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry. If a\n\nparticipant brings an action for damages arising from the operation\n\nof a registered farmers market, the registered farmers market\n\noperator may plead an affirmative defense of assumption of risk by\n\nthe participant.\n\nB. Any limitation on legal liability afforded to a registered\n\nfarmers market operator by this act shall be in addition to any\n\nother limitation of legal liability otherwise provided by law.\n\nC. Nothing in this act shall prevent or limit the liability of\n\na registered farmers market operator if:\n\n1. The registered farmers market operator injures the\n\nparticipant by intentional or willful misconduct; or\n\n2.
