Stat. tit. 2, § 2-5-204","heading":"Healthy Food Financing Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nto be designated the “Healthy Food Financing Revolving Fund”. The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the State\n\nBoard of Agriculture for the Healthy Food Financing Act from any\n\nstate-appropriated funds, federal funds, donations, grants,\n\ncontributions and gifts from any public or private source. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the State Board of Agriculture\n\nfor the purposes set forth in the Healthy Food Financing Act.
