Stat. tit. 2, § 2-5-3.3","heading":"Oklahoma Agriculture Enhancement and Diversification Fund","body":"– Monies received and deposited – Appropriation and expenditure.\n\nA. There is hereby created within the State Treasury a fund for\n\nthe State Board of Agriculture to be designated the \"Oklahoma\n\nAgriculture Enhancement and Diversification Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies received by the State Board of\n\nAgriculture to implement and maintain the Oklahoma Agriculture\n\nEnhancement and Diversification Program.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Agriculture Enhancement and Diversification\n\nFund shall consist of:\n\n1. Money received by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture,\n\nFood, and Forestry in the form of gifts, grants, appropriations,\n\nreimbursements, donations, industry contributions, funds allocated\n\nby federal agencies for marketing, research and agricultural\n\ndevelopment programs and such other monies specifically designated\n\nfor the Oklahoma Agriculture Enhancement and Diversification\n\nProgram. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State Board of\n\nAgriculture for the Oklahoma Agriculture Enhancement and\n\nDiversification Program; and\n\n2. Interest attributable to investment of money in the fund.\n\nC. All donations or other proceeds received by the Department\n\npursuant to the provisions of this section shall be deposited with\n\nthe State Treasurer to be credited to the Oklahoma Agriculture\n\nEnhancement and Diversification Fund. Expenditures from the fund\n\nshall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against\n\nclaims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nD. The monies deposited in the fund shall at no time become\n\npart of the general budget of the Department or any other state\n\nagency. Except for any administration costs incurred in development\n\nand implementation of the Oklahoma Agriculture Enhancement and\n\nDiversification Program, no monies from the fund shall be\n\ntransferred for any purpose to any other state agency or to any\n\naccount of the State Board of Agriculture or the Department or be\n\nused for the purpose of contracting with any other state agency or\n\nreimbursing any other state agency for any expense.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c07ce14e517dc885a0317f8580865176fbfea22e3ebe55e2aa444d02dc69b34d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-5-3.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-5-3.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
