A manager or advisory board member may register a farmers\n\nhub with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry.\n\nB. The manager or advisory board member shall ensure all\n\nqualifications of a farmers market are met; however, the farm food\n\nproducer or the value–added processor does not have to be present\n\nand products may be sold by a farm-direct marketer.\n\nC. The farm-direct marketer shall:\n\n1. Be prohibited from representing that products offered for\n\nsale on consignment are their own;\n\n2. Be required to have the proper licenses, permits or\n\nregistrations from applicable local, state and federal agencies;\n\n3. Display proper identification of the product and\n\ndocumentation of ingredients clearly and conspicuously for any item\n\non consignment including, but not limited to, the following:\n\na. name of the product,\n\nb. business or farm name of the consigning farm food\n\nproducer or value-added processor, and\n\nc. address of where the product was grown or processed;\n\n4. Acknowledge ownership of consigned products remains with the\n\nfarm food producer or value-added processor who produced the product\n\nuntil the product is sold to the purchaser;\n\n5. Maintain separate sales logs for products sold on\n\nconsignment for a minimum of two (2) years including, but not\n\nlimited to, the following:\n\na. the name of the consigning farm food producer or\n\nvalue-added processor,\n\nb. the address, telephone number and other contact\n\ninformation of the consigning farm food producer or\n\nvalue-added processor,\n\nc. specific items sold on consignment, and\n\nd. quantity of items sold on consignment; and\n\n6.
