Upon receipt of a consumer complaint,\n\nthe Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall\n\nhave the authority to request proof of completion of the food safety\n\ntraining, verify a producer's gross sales, and ensure a producer has\n\ncomplied with the act's labeling and delivery requirements.
