The State Board of Agriculture shall establish an Oklahoma\n\nTrade Development program to further the processing and marketing of\n\nOklahoma food products and renewable resources.\n\nB. All applicable agencies including, but not limited to, the\n\nDivision of Agriculture at Oklahoma State University, the Department\n\nof Commerce, and the Corporation Commission shall cooperate in the\n\nprogram.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Trade Development Center shall consider the\n\nfollowing subjects:\n\n1. The possibility of a food processing center to assist in the\n\nmarketing of intrastate and interstate distribution to increase the\n\nawareness of Oklahoma food products.\n\n2.
