On receiving certificates of election from the Commissioner\n\nof the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, the\n\ncertified organization's board shall meet and organize.\n\nB. Members of the certified organization's initial board shall\n\ndraw lots so that one-third (1/3) of the members shall hold office\n\nfor two (2) years, one-third (1/3) for four (4) years, and one-third\n\n(1/3) for six (6) years. Thereafter, members of the board shall\n\nserve for terms of six (6) years.\n\nC.
