The commodity producers board shall provide the annual\n\nbudget to the Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry.\n\nB. Accounts of the board are subject to audit on a consistent\n\nschedule as established in the organization's bylaws.\n\nC. Within ninety (90) days following the end of each fiscal\n\nyear of the board, the board shall submit an annual report itemizing\n\nall income and expenditures and describing all activities of the\n\nboard during the previous fiscal year to the Commissioner.\n\nD. Funds collected by the commodity producers board pursuant to\n\nthe Oklahoma Agricultural Commodity Act or other statute authorizing\n\nan assessment shall not be subject to state budget and expenditure\n\nlimitations. Such funds shall at no time become monies of the state\n\nor become part of the general budget of the state.
