There is hereby created the Oklahoma Farm to School Program\n\nwithin the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry.\n\nThe Department shall employ a director to administer and monitor the\n\nprograms and activities related to the Oklahoma Farm to School\n\nProgram with the advice of and guidance of a nonprofit food policy\n\ncouncil.\n\nB. The following agencies shall make staff available to the\n\nOklahoma Farm to School Program for the purpose of providing\n\nprofessional consultation and staff support to assist the\n\nimplementation of this act:\n\n1. Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry;\n\n2. State Department of Health;\n\n3. State Department of Education; and\n\n4.
