Identifying and promoting the critical components of\n\nindividual Farm to School Programs and advising the agencies on\n\nneeded actions and strategies to implement the Oklahoma Farm to\n\nSchool Program;\n\n2. Establishing a partnership with public and nonprofit sources\n\nto implement a public engagement campaign and establish a structure\n\nto facilitate communication between farmers and school districts;\n\n3. Providing leadership at the state level to encourage school\n\ndistricts to develop and improve school nutrition plans using\n\nlocally grown farm-fresh products;\n\n4. Conducting workshops, training sessions, and technical\n\nassistance to school food services directors, personnel, farmers,\n\nand produce distributors and processors regarding the demand for and\n\nthe availability of Oklahoma farm products; and\n\n5.
