This license shall be for meat processors already licensed\n\nand/or inspected by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food,\n\nand Forestry for processing meat besides wild game. Facilities that\n\nreceive the special licenses can participate in Oklahoma Department\n\nof Wildlife Conservation's \"Hunters Against Hunger\" program and\n\ndonate the processed wild game meat for payment by the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Wildlife Conservation according to its rules. The\n\nOklahoma Department of Agriculture, Forestry, and Food shall create\n\nthe special license through the administrative rules process.
