The State Department of Health and the Oklahoma Department\n\nof Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall:\n\n1. Review any such regulations that have an effect on limiting\n\nthe use of donated or gleaned food, with the goal of eliminating\n\nunnecessary regulations and increasing the supply of usable donated\n\nor gleaned food while protecting public health; and\n\n2.
