The federally approved commodity board shall not commingle\n\nfunds derived from the state assessment with any other funds.\n\nB. Within ninety (90) days following the end of each fiscal\n\nyear of the board, the board shall submit to the Commissioner of the\n\nOklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry a report\n\nitemizing all income and expenditures and describing all activities\n\nof the board during the previous fiscal year.\n\nC. State assessment funds collected by the federally approved\n\ncommodity board pursuant to the Commodity Research Enhancement Act\n\nshall not be subject to state budget and expenditure limitations.\n\nSuch funds shall at no time become monies of the state or become\n\npart of the general budget of the state.
