The board is authorized to receive state assessments as\n\nprovided for in the Commodity Research Enhancement Act, donations\n\nfrom any source and grants from governmental agencies.\n\nB. Money received by the board may be expended for the purpose\n\nof implementing the provisions of the Commodity Research Enhancement\n\nAct.\n\nC.
