A producer who has paid a state assessment may obtain a\n\nrefund of the amount paid by filing an application for refund with\n\nthe federally approved commodity board within sixty (60) days after\n\nthe date of payment. The application must be in writing, on a form\n\nprescribed by the board for that purpose, and accompanied by proof\n\nof payment of the state assessment.\n\nB.
